This level explains what DEV ONLY! logic does and what certain Tweaks and Options do. I have included custom logic that I have made with Filters as well. Anything with a dark red label, written in dark red, or underlined in dark red should be paid attention to! I am open to requests for explaining any DEV logic I don't know about or any Unexplained/Unaccessible Tweaks and Options. Please let me know if I've missed any details or written down any details incorrectly, and if there's any bugs with the menu.
