There was a scrapped Parappa The Rapper Costume DLC in LBP1, (It probably looked like the Parappa costume that Sackboy wears in PSASBR when using his level 1 Super Attack. EDIT 4/23/21: My theory from 2016 was correct and has finally been confirmed thanks to @DreamiverseTV! The Parappa costume Sackboy uses for his Level 1 Super in PSASBR is in fact based off of the cut LBP1 DLC!) so I decided just to make all the Parappa characters out of costumes, even though the scrapped DLC was only a Parappa costume.
